Who is eligible ?
Anyone: graduate student, postdoctorate or senior scientist from any institute of the Europlanet consortium.
This call is open to associate member laboratories but either the applicant laboratory/institute or the host laboratory/institute must be a Eurplanet participant (contractor).

Priorities to be considered for this call
Attention! This is the last call of the Europlanet contract ending on December 31,2008 !
So all visits should imperatively be done before end of October, 2008
Grants will be provided for short visits up to one wee with no specific scientific priorities.If longer visits are planned, the institutes should support the additionnal expenses.
Total budget allocated for this call: 15 K€
This budget allows about 10 to 15 week visits, calculated with a mean value for travel and per diem expenses.
Decision process
Three criteria will be taken into account for the projects selection:
- excellence of the sientific project and candidate
- expected outcome of the proposal related to the Europlanet objectives
- good fit between the required visit length and the proposed task
The selection will be done by a committee composed of the general coordinator of Europlanet (Michel Blanc),
the deputy coordinator (Ingo Müller-Wodarg), Olivier Witasse and the two N5 activity coordinators (Karoly Szego and Odile Dutuit).
Consideration will be given to:
- the need of a good balance between sub-discipline groups and participants
- the allocated total budget for this period
This proposition will be submitted to all EuroPlaNet coodinators for approval.
